We always enjoy Panda Express. The teriyaki and orange chicken were good, but the fried rice was a bit dry and no taste. The beef broccoli and Kung Pao chicken was good, but the chow mein noodles were kind of dry and overcooked.

Panda Express food is great. We eat at the Mall frequently. The service is quick there. We have been to this location twice in the past few months. We will never return. Awful service. Terrible! We walked up to the counter and stood there ignored for several minutes. No one even said hello. The drive thru was busy and it was obvious that two people were dedicated to filling orders at the window. Two other people in the service area looked at us and then turned away. There were only two families seated in the dining area so the indoor activity was near nothing but being ignored, just standing there didn't last long, we left. Other reviews support the fact that customer service is awful. People continue to come here for the food and may be accustomed to the situation. I do not know.

Did drive thru, 2 chicken bowls, one with rice the other terriyaki with noodles. At home find terriyaki bowl had just plain chicken/noodles, no container or packet. Called to see what could be done. "Nothing". "It's your responsibility to ask for sauce". Ummm I did. When I said terriyaki. Person on phone was rude and offered zero help. Apparently no manager there today.... Unsatisfied for my $20.
