05/31 driving through the area, long travels from the Oregon Coast to home. Went through the drive- thru ordered two meals and churros. We were missing 1 French fry order and the ones we got were cold and hard. Chicken sandwich tasted like rubber. The Churros weβre overcooked. Not a good experience and wonβt be back.

update today I picked up an order from this Jack in the box and this person ordered for combo meals and somehow I knew not all the items were there. Luckily I opened up the bag and checked and went back into the restaurant and said this is the reason why bus drivers are accused of stealing food out of these people's bags because you don't put all the items in there. It's not rocket science that you only put in one hash brown not four. I have never ate a customer's food. Shame on you. This place is really clean. They have the bathroom's blocked off but you can go on and order π€· they are very efficient and fast for a Drive-Thru or going in .

This has been one of that worst locations I've experienced. I had hair my breakfast this last order and not to mention they forgot my drink and I had to turn around to go back inside to get it and worst of all the person who took my order was rude. She gave me attitude at the window and literally just about threw the bag out to me as she turned away quickly to say the least with a mumbling thank you. Customer service rated the worst and employees act like they hate their job and you get hair in your meals... This location has been the worst in this area.

There could be several reasons for having them closed. Perhaps due to employee shortages, which are common these days - or perhaps to control how clean the facility is. Controlling hand washing practices with employees is much easier than doing so with the public at large. If all employees keep their hands washed going in and out of the restroom, then they wouldn't have to worry about less hygienic patrons spreading covid around to the people who make your food. With time, I am certain the situation will be remedied. We all simply have to be patient.
Because this location sucks as far as consistency and quality of service. This location is the worst one in the Tri-cities and sadly it's the one closest to.me. π
