I'm happy to report, I emailed the corporate office, and received a phone call yesterday. I feel like the woman I spoke to solved my issues. She felt horrible about my lack of good service. Hopefully she will fix the problem so others will get better service also.
It sometimes depends on time of day. Evenings are usually staffed with mostly high school kids, including manager. Although this still shouldn't be a cause for the errors since all employees are trained the same. When your order is wrong call mcdonalds and tell them, they should replace your whole order free of charge. Also on the drive thru window its self, you will find phone numbers for the owners- wally and debbie nowaski.
My orders are usually correct, but, my problem is that they almost always take two orders to one in whichever lane I'm not in. It is also a very slow process through their drive thru.
I think this store is franchised.. In fact I'm pretty sure that on the drive through window there is a sign that has the owners information on it.
Totally, someone needs to do something about it!
Why not call the corporate office and complain instead of on google? I put my opinions on here like anyone else but i don't ask why A company is worthless too another person whom gave their opinion, instead i call their CORPORATE OFFICE.....
