The Red Skelton Museum of American Comedy

They could of done so much more. We were there on the 25th anniversary of his death and no mention of it. His daughter passed away in April 2022 and they didn't mention it. The festival was not a festival. Again, so much could of been done. Red Skeleton's home sits empty. Would be nice to see them do something with it, other than it be empty.

An excellent tribute to one of the greatest comedians and clowns of the 20th century. Anyone who has heard of Red should make it a point to visit this museum. Plan on spending about 2 hours. Well worth a stop even if out of the way. I understand that some of the greatest comedians such as Jonathan Winters and Robin Williams idolized Red Skelton and learned much from him. He was a true genius and it surely shows in this marvelous museum. What an amazing man with an equally impressive life. It’s a bargain price to come and spend time.

What an amazing and incredible museum to one of the comedic masters! So much to see and experience! Give yourself about an hour, and it is handicap accessible. You'll be glad you went, and I promise you'll leave feeling amazing! Go and enjoy!
