Nice folks, only took about an hour and a half to load up.

I stop on Vanguard warehouse cause one of our loads had to be deconsolidated there. Office, pick up area and warehouse office is not indicated at all but staff is friendly and willing to wait so they direct me to the correct place when they saw my a kind of lost. Once inside, the dispatcher was really nice and helpful, I can recall her name but she stamp the documents fast. In less than 20 min the load was in the truck. The only complaint is with the phone, you will be lucky if someone pick up your call.

Atrocious customer service. Called to get a few questions answered by the operator and was given rude, attitude-filled responses. Guess what- there's no need to be a huge jerk on the phone when I'm calling to ask 2 questions!
