1:30 in the afternoon, not too busy and it was the slowest service I've ever had. There were 4 of us, 3 adults and a child. She brought our drinks and disappeared. After 15 minutes she appeared to take our order. My steak was well done instead of med well, very dry. The chicken shrimp dinner the chicken was burnt, potatoes swimming in butter. She didn't come back to check on us, we finally asked for to go containers for the appetizers and the rest of a kids meal and bill. We waited another 20 minutes. Waitress wasn't very talkative and was very soft spoken. We use to love Applebee's but this visit we will rethink that.

Excellent, so we went again and the second time was awful. The ribs were not anything like we had before and the Caesar salad was nothing special. Really disappointing!

Food was good, certainly plentiful. A big pet peeve for me is not placing a bowl (especially one that is overflowing) on a plate. My salad was spilling over onto the table. When a refill iced tea was brought to the table it was spilled (dripped) from the edge of the table in about 18" and not wiped up by the server.
