Ordered mobile app.. told them in drive thru.. got to window they gave me my milkshake and 2 drinks then parked me for my 2 cheeseburgers! It's like she didn't even check for my food just assumed since it was placed on the app I'd need to be parked.. I doubt they were holding on reg meat. I sat there for 10 minutes before getting out to go in and as I did she came out with my cheeseburgers. Absolutely nothing else. I'd say don't order on the mobile app or you'll get parked & takes so much longer no to mention my milkshake was melted before even getting my food.. sitting there for 10 plus minutes then having to drive it home another 10 minutes. Don't recommend ordering on the app! Another lady was parked the same amount of time as me and had went thru the drive thru too on the mobile ordering.

Ordered for pick-up, came inside and one customer had been waiting for 22 mins on an order messed up in the drive thru. An off the clock employee was at the pick up point talking over the counter while having a conversation on the phone. No one was on the front counter.

Did curbside pickup, sat in designated parking area. Waited 30 mins. Finally i went in and my order was on the counter. Asked about my order. Seemed like they didn't know what to do. Took my order from the counter. Food was cold. Drinks were leaking in the bag, fries were cold and nasty. Very disappointed.

This experience was a drive threw order on 8/31/21. I arrived in line at 11am. There were four cars ahead of me, 2 in each drive threw ordering line. I placed my order at 11:02am. I arrived and paid for my order at 11:05 am at 11:07am I had my order and was on my way. This drive threw was very fast, thorough and efficient. I ordered a #2a quarter pounder with cheese and asked them to hold the pickle, as I wanted to see if they got the order correct. The drink was a coke, and it was correct and had more coke than ice, which I appreciate. The fries were lightly salted and done just right. The burger was also correct, cooked well and seasoned as it should be. Pros: Fast, Accurate service, food as good as any other McDonald's. Cons: None. This location has fast, and has accurate employees. The food was as good as you would expect from a McDonald's chain. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here to eat again.
