FIRST STEP REPORT TOO THE POLICE. SECOND GO INTO DMW OFFICE PAY ANY FEE RELATED TOO GET NEW ONES. WHEN GOING IN OFFICE REMOVE YOUR PLATES TAKE THEM IN OFFICE. ONCE THATS ALL DONE YOULL GET A NEW SET OF LICENSES PLATES.
