DMVs are not taking appointments. If I need first time ID card can I just walk in as long as I have confirmation number& my documents? And what DMV in the IE would be not as busy?

If you go on the DMV website before you go in the DMV. It will save you some time. You can also use computer's provided by the DMV and they will do a good job of walking you thru the process if you have any questions or concerns.

Yes you can just get i n line check in and they will give you a ticket number and they will text you're phone when it's your turn
