That's a very tough question to answer. Very long process and if you're already in a house or an apartment and not homeless, that's very hard. Maybe the best thing you could do in your situation is contact Orange County housing through the internet and look up for fair housing. They may be able to help you being that you have a child and it's unsafe. Are you working and have a job and do you have a signed lease with somebody ?? Good luck with everything it's not easy.
