I have purchased an early birth certificate for my son, birth certificate did not get accepted by Secretary of State for international use. I had to obtain a signature from Count Clerk Recorder to make it valid. Please be aware if you need to use the document for international purposes. I am giving one star to take attention to this detail , otherwise the agency was decent!

These people don't give a damn about you. Who cares about your issues?! Go ahead and cut your wrists, they could care less.
