Picnic tables must be reserved well in advance. That needs to be done through Hayward area Recreation Department
Yes, they may all already be reserved by now. Call H.A.R.D. ASAP and ask if any are available.
Since it's a Holiday you may want to call Hayward recreation because in San Leandro no reservation is necessary for Holidays and if you do want to reserve you must do it 10 days before the Holiday
