I went to the Pasadena office, and fill out an application form for lost driver license on computer and I got the confirmation # too, then I left the office, I like to know what else I have to do before I can get the duplicated license? Thanks.

They are correct if you didnt wait and see someone at the counter. You will need to come back and get a number for them to see you. Save your confirmation number they can still use that

You are suppose to wait until they call your number. Dis you pay the fees? If you did then they you should just wait 2 to 3 weeks. If you havent paid anything yet that means its uncomplete and you should wait until they call your number. They should have given you a number example A63
