What happens if you have a driver's permit and it is set to expire in February but due to Covid you cannot get in to take the behind the wheel test? Does the permit get automatically extended until you can take your behind the wheel test?

If you go to dmv website you should be able to extend there as well

No, u have to go in and let DMV extended their door is open
