Hi, Im not too happy with my current mail box guy bus my package was tracked to his store , he signed for it, and yet it comes up lost and he claims he is not responsible. Why have the service? What is your policy on this please. TY.

I've been a box holder since 1991 and have had no issues with mail or package delivery. Postmaster Plus is my "home address"!

We have a very simple yet stringent package receiving process. Every package is inspected with a quick visual look through, signed and scanned into our system. Once in our possession it is stored using easily identifiable location information for easier recovery at the time of pick up. Also all of this is recorded on camera to give us a brief if idea of delivery times or delivery person. We have rarely completely lost a package after it comes into our possession.
