I tired this place twice, I had a well stable job. Recruiter by the name of Kevin say this was a once in a life time chance so I trusted him. Got the job, the manager said I was a good worker and wanted to put me in the company but because I have a contract that Kevin NEVER EXPLAINED said I would have to work 700 hours so that I can work for the company. Then he seems like he’s at home working and always has back round noise meaning he doesn’t take the calls Seriously. That always bother me. The company couldn’t wait that along because they did not want to work with agency anymore. (I can see why now) my manager tried to keep me as long as he can (trust). Micheal Hong from AGI. But he had to let me go. “Mind you I told “Ashley starin” two week before that they were not going to work with Areoteck anymore. I told her to found out. As you can tell these two people that are supposed to help me ghosted me and left me for dry.(ASHLEY STARIN & Kevin the recruiter) both should be Fired or written up

They take forever to get you into work you can turn in all the paper work needed and they take forever to give you a response and come up with many amounts of excuses . Wouldn't recommend trying them out yes their are a few good stories I'm sure !. But honestly sometimes your better off finding a job alone or finding a better agency that's forsure lol .

Out of the two temp agencies I've worked for, Aerotek was by far the better of the two. I'm currently on my 2nd assignment from them, and I have to give a shout out to Farrell Pompa for preparing me and pushing me into my first assignment despite my concerns of being under-qualified. That first assignment gave me a lot of experience I needed to quickly develop myself and my skills, and in two years alone, I've jumped from $16/hr to $20/hr, and the new position is actually less intensive. That being said, I am taking 1 star off as it seems as if Aerotek is not navigating pandemic times very well, as my newest agent (not Farrell, but I don't want to call them out, I can tell they're doing their best) is AWOL now that I have the position. No response via phone, nor by email, and my agent rarely had information in a timely fashion. However, this seems to be from management, as these critical emails are usually forwarded to me. To those on the fence, please keep in mind that Aerotek is simply a middle man for your employer. They will NOT look for work for you. You are applying to jobs on their job board. If you don't like your assignment, to be frank, you're not doing your due diligence in vetting the company during the interview process. You are allowed to tell your agent that you don't feel comfortable with the client. If Aerotek could address the communication issue with their agents, I would always recommend them 100% of the time, as they were a great company with good benefits while waiting to become permanent. I'm assuming that their agents are/were working from home which is a challenge in and of itself, and likely, they've put too many employees/clients on their agents. Here's hoping they address this in the next couple of months.

They care more about their contracts than they do the Employees, when an Employee is treated unfairly they rather remove the Employee than correct the situation so they don’t loose the contract, sad but true, Employees are nothing but a number to them. I heard that their top recruiter even said to one of the shift leads whoever wanted to get unemployment let me know SO WE CAN FINISH THEM. I laughed at that because unemployment is a worker’s right to get if he becomes unemployed. They really need to check their main top recruiter.
