I booked four tickets for reggae night - Sunday August 2nd , 2021 and cannot now attend event. I have not yet printed tickets What is the procedure for cancellation? Do I receive a full refund? Please explain procedure and policy? Thank you.

You can't access your tickets until 2 weeks prior to the event. It is digital or you can print them. Unfortunately you can't get a refund. Your best bet is to print them and sell them at that time

Yeah you're out of luck. They don't issue digital tickets until few weeks before show so you can't sell them. But contact venue. They may be able to provide options
