Yes but you can't bring in wine to leased events. They should tell you if it is one but if it's a big name performer and tickets are outrageously expensive chances are good it's a leased event.
Events run by the Bowl allow outside food and drinks including alcohol. Lease events have different rules. The last lease event I attended allowed outside food but the only drink you could bring was water and it had to be in a sealed retail container of 1 liter or smaller. Check your ticket if you are unsure of who is running the event.
