Hello Aura, although we are only using fresh ingredients and prepare our food fresh every day, we don't use exclusively organic produce. We are convinced organic and non GMO is the way to go and are looking for suppliers.
If they do it is not advertised as far as I know. Their special house tequila is amazing!!
