Shea Properties is a very well kept, extremely well maintained, rental community in Dana Point. I want to give my personal kudos to Jesse, our maintenance worker, who continually shows up with a smile, gets the work done with a “no job is to much to handle attitude”. I really enjoy having staff with a positive attitude and a friendly face. Again, Jesse was done in ten minutes and all was well in the Neal household. Thanks Jesse!

.Shea Apartments Seabrook at Bear Brand where I am for a short professional assignment, is served by the most caring management team - my utterly sweet friend Hanna Zambrano, Sherri Ma'am and dear Emily, and a very responsive maintenance crew - Mr. Alberto, Mr. Jose, and Jesse......they've taken such good care of me since I moved here a month ago, that I feel as if I am with family - truly utterly so responsive and caring, especially, Hanna with whom I have worked the most! In addition, the location of this place cannot be beaten - it is near grocery stores, pharmacies, salons, doctor clinics, and in the lap of Mother Nature with the Pacific ocean very nearby. Feel super-grateful to be here! Thank you Seabrook Staff! Thank you most gratefully.....

I recently renewed my third lease at Seabrook. I live in one of the three bedroom units and couldn’t be happier. Two months into my first lease my hot water heater stopped working on New Year’s Eve around 7 PM. One of the maintenance guys, Fred, was on call that night. He responded right away and had my hot water heater replaced and working again within two hours. I know this took away time from his family but I was so appreciative. Since then the maintenance staff has been very responsive any time I’ve had the smallest need. Additionally, Emily, one of the stand-out leasing agents in the front office has always been incredibly responsive and professional anytime I’ve contacted the office. She always greets everyone with a smile and is eager to help. The staff at Seabrook makes you feel like you have extended family and are beyond responsive and supportive at all times. This is a gem neighborhood in Dana Point and I love living here. Thanks Emily, Fred and everyone here that makes this my proud home!
