This gym has always had a welcoming atmosphere and non intimidating when it comes to fitness. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like an old friend. TIP: Just don't try to use the treadmill next to any of the hot chicks. You will embarrassed yourself, even if you wait 45 minutes into their running session, you'll be humiliated. I smoke though and am more of a weight guy aaaand.... am lazy 😣 but, yeah! Great place, really.
