No for CD is for music..DVD is what you want. Yes it can happen but its basically on the line of piracy. If its tour own VHS tape that you recorded yourself then you can put it on a DVD . I have a Cassette tape of my mothers organ music. She passed away 40 years ago. It was on a reel to reel, changed to 8 track and cassette.. Now it's on CD. So its possible to put vhs on a dvd.
