The pier is open from 5 am to 10pm, and yes it's open for fishing till 10 pm😊
People were fishing at night when I was there
Fishing hours 5am -10om. Imperial Beach Pier is the southernmost pier in the San Diego area and the entire state of California. It is a wooden-planked pier that extends 1491 feet out towards the horizon.
There are two parts in the pier one part allows fishing the other not is there is a sign ,but I don't think it's allowed at night fishing I was exactly next to it for 5 days I didn't see anybody fishing at night
