Why is the stripped out car with tweakers still in the parking lot? We called FVPD 3 weeks ago bc when I stopped for gas, the scary tweakers came at me for money...

There are definitely some scary characters in and around that parking lot. Real Creepers!

I don't know anything about this, as i live near the Stanton store, which is closed now. Guess you need to follow up with FVPD. Good luck. You may also want to follow up with Sam's Club management.

Have you told the managers at Sam's? With it being a private parking lot, the PD may not have much control without interactions from the property owner.
