Did you make the effort to go to the customer service desk and talk to them?
They are answering, maybe you had a bad luck when you called, and no body was there, but give it another try.
I wouldn't be sure why, I mad a call myself and they did answer. It wss foe a complaint about the gas station being under construction for like a year and my complaint was because i have a membership primarily to pump gas. They just bs me all the way around. Did offer any complimentary coupons or food vouchers just a bunch of nothing. Or a discount on my membership nope ..
