After dusk : like much of mission bay most of the tourists , families, joggers, and cyclists go home. At Quivera a constant stream of tour and fishing boats entering the channel to mission bay are still active. On the shore are still sizeable groups of fishermen no matter what hour of the day.. Lastly, the road leading in has numerous silohuettes of RVs parked overnight along the side of the road. This is common thoughout most bigger cities in california at this time. Will post a night picture taken fall of the year 2020(the pandemic). Its very quiet with boat and city lights shimmering off the lapping waves (peninsula near 36o degrees)making it eerily beautiful (see pic)on clear evenings after dusk.
It can feel like it.
