With a fishing permit yes. It's not free to 🐟. There is a fine if you want to fish w/o a permit. Also much like alot of the area being affected by stupid gang related tagging. This park is not as nice as it could be do to obvious activities. Don't be afraid Report suspicious people or crimes of any sort.
