Yes Rangers are available until 11:30 pm or later each evening to register campers, there is a number posted at the campground office to call if they are not in the office upon your arrival. You may also call and pay over the phone in advance so that you for sure have a site.
There is usually a ranger at the front desk that can assist you, if not im pretty sure there is a number on the office door to call and they will come help you.
