Very disappointed booked on Agoda, rooms old and outdated stunk of smoke and stale smoke, rooms were somewhat cleaned. I would not have stayed here but Agoda made it a nonrefundable night, will not use Agoda booking or stay at this hotel again.

Floors were sticky and turned my socks black. There was no maid service in the room the second or third day. We will not stay here again.

Positive: Clean and comfortable spacious rooms with top of the line hospitality from the staff. Everything works in the room. AC/Heating. Great TV an Free WiFi that doesn't have a connection problem. The room provides everything that most only have one or none of. Negative: I don't have anything Bad to say about this Hotel. Matter of fact it's the best hotel I've stayed in for a very long time.

I read the reviews before I stayed here. I have to say, I didn't see any of the negative stuff I read. The property was clean and neat on the outside. There are small stores close by, which was really convenient. A beautiful park called Cove Lake Park 2 minutes away with a waterfall hike called Devil's Racetrack that was absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond of any place I've stayed, especially for the modest price of our room. We were hours late, he waited for us. Brought us bottled water for our fridge in case we didn't have any for our dog as it was too late to go get anything. Our room was cleaned daily and done well. We felt safe. I would stay here again without hesitation.
