When we've camped here the Rangers would patrol regularly and the local police would also drive through occasionally. It's a pretty safe place.

Its a fairly safe area during day . Park Rangers make regular patrols but there is no official security.

Don't know anything about security but seemed like a safe place to me while we were there.
I consider it very safe. If you are talking about camping there, i am not cognizant of what security they have there but have never heard of any problems there.
