The worse store ever. Paid for a warranty for my couch. Need to replace pillows but the said I have to take them to the warehouse a d wait over a week for return. So In the mean time what do I sit on???? Not cool paid warranty for nothing .

JEROMES IS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE QUALITY!!! I PURCHASED A NURSERY SET FROM THEM IT WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED, HAD TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO REPLACE, THEN WHEN THEY DELIVERED REPLACEMENTS THEY WERE DAMAGED ALSO. GOT SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH COMPANY I SETTLED TO KEEP DAMAGED ITEMS SINCE BABY WAS COMING AND THEY GAVE ME A LITTLE DISCOUNT. NOT 5 MONTHS AFTER OWNING LOFT BED ITS READY TO CAVE IN AND THE REFUSE TO REFUND. THEY DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER I HAVE TO CHASE THEM DOWN FOR OVER TWO WEEKS NOW WITH A RUN AROUND. WHEN THEY SENT THEIR SCUMMY UNPROFESSIONAL TECH OUT I CAUGHT HIM LOOKING IN MY TAHOE WINDOWS TO SEE WHAT WAS IN CAR...I BET MONEY IT WAS LOOKING FOR THIRD ROW SEATS BECAUSE 3 DAYS AFTER TECH CAME OUT MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. JUST A MESS. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I HOPE YOU DONT EITHER! RIDICULOUS. MEANWHILE MY SON SLEEPS ON COUCH BECAUSE BED SOUNDS LIKE ITS GOING TO CAVE IN AND MIND YOU THIS IS 4X ISSUE

I paid for a warranty too. I wonder if this is their business model, screw the customer. I haven't had to use mine, but thanks for the heads up!

They only sale not repair check your warranty info
