I wouldn't even give a star. My husband and I visited the Torrance store today around noon. We were going to buy a bed with storage featured online. We walked the entire store, found a desk and a mattress we really liked. A total purchase of over 2K. Unfortunately your entire crew was too busy to acknowledge and greet us. We'll be taking our business somewhere else, where we can be appreciated.

Walked in Saturday morning for a new dining set and maybe a few other things. Sales associates were helpful, they didn’t follow me around the store (hate that!) and ended up purchasing a beautiful dining set which will be delivered in one week! Mike Baudet (our salesman) was very kind and personable. Would absolutely recommend the Jerome’s on Hawthorne.

Our salesperson Byron was very helpful without being intrusive. I had a good idea what I wanted and he patiently answered questions while I made my decision. The young woman who handled the payment was also very pleasant and helpful. A really nice experience all around.

It's your delivery was for today they will be there at the time they said either 15 minutes early or 15 minutes late so say 6:30 I'll be there either 6:15 or 6:45

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you are asking about a home delivery charge, yes there is a charge. Depending on Monday through Friday vs weekend the charge is different. Also, if you need something taken out they help remove it with a charge. They will donate to Good Will or Salvation Army (not sure which one or both) on your behalf, which tax deductible. Hope this helps.
They have lots of nice furniture. You can visit the website before going to the store and check to see if they have the item in the store to look at it before purchasing.
