They provide them, too I believe.
They have helmets there if you wish to use one or not that's your decision but they do have helmets there for you
Its mandatory for beginners and optional for experienced riders.
Bring a scarf or hat to wear under the Provided Helmets that r highly recommended for all riders, optional for adults & mandatory for minors unless waived by signature of parent or guardian.
