Im looking for a trail to run by myself in the morning, but im too scared. Is there people running in the morning there? If so how early?

you can go alone, I did it and I had no problems, I went alone, very early and there were other runners.

Kind of busy there , I'm sure you'll like it.

There is a meetup group that does hiking maybe you can meet someone who likes to run also. I always recommend to go with someone anywhere on trails. I think your fine on main path it’s very open.
