Home Depot do not make keys! They cut duplicate pre- remanufactured blank key from your presented key.
Every Home Depot does as long as its a standard key and does not say Do Not Duplicate.

DO NOT GET YOUR KEYS COPIED AT THIS HOME DEPOT! Don’t waste your time and money. Go to one of the local locksmiths like John’s or Ray’s. Every time I’ve had a client with a key/lock issue it was because they had keys made at this Home Depot.
They only cut duplicate keys.
Well, as far as I know they make small keys, but if I were you I would call them, go over there personally to talk to someone or go to their website for more information.
