No, they do not ship. They have very bad policy: absolutely no refunds. Only exchange for something else within 7 days with tags and receipt. If you don't need anything else instead of thing you want to return: too bad. It is your loss. We just tried to replace item there, because the one we biugh had a makeup on it, but they didn't have same sise and color. We had to just leave the item and accept the loss.
