Today was my first yoga class in 20 years. I took the class with Cathie. It was awesome! I did gentle yoga and told her I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis and my doctor told me to do yoga. She showed me a few things not to do which was great and encouraged me through the whole class. Everything I did felt great and I had that feeling through the entire day mentally and physically. I signed up and look forward to going every weekend! Everyone was so nice. Excellent experience! Thank you Cathie!

They teach not just the yoga poses but how to incorporate yogic practices in our relationship with ourselves, each other, and off the mat and into our lives. Yoga1 is a great place to meet the yoga community and become a part of a greater family. I really can’t recommend this studio highly enough.
