If i could put a negative number, it would be a -3. I have lived here for over 22 years and have seen the decline in the city. When i first moved the said it was going to be a small village feeling. That no large chains would be allowed like 5 guys burgers or like McDonald's. That they would not build high density building and they would protect the residents. By keeping the rents low and help them from being bullied by landlords. Well all that i guess has gone by the wayside. They only think about the almighty tax dollar and the kick backs. It waa a great place to live. Thouse where the days. Plan Check Service with a Smile. From the moment I pulled up to the parking area, to the front lobby to the service at the counter was nothing but friendly, helpful employees. Joe was the examiner helping me. A few things I needed to correct for my team's application, I was able to call my team & get the answers for him. Super great considering they have signs all over the place to refrain from using your phone at counter. There are other people here for other plan checks & each of them are very nice, informative & helpful. Hoping for an approval sooner than later to make it sweeter.
