From what I read it is still illegal to buy and sell magazines with more than 10 rounds. the court decision said that it was illegal for California to make it illegal to have a "high capacity" magazine in your possession which they did recently. The NRA said that they hoped it would go even further and lift the ban on the selling of high-capacity magazines but as for now the court just said if you already have one in your possession it's not illegal.
