The only thing I'll get from McDonald's is their hot fudge sundaes and fries. Love their sundaes. I ordered 2 and both of them were seriously lacking in hot fudge. A small skinny ring on the top. That's it. I wasn't going to say anything but then when I discovered I didn't get any napkins I decided to go in. I had to, ice cream was melting and dripping everywhere. They close the inside very early there so I waited in the drive through again. The boy taking payment was helpful. Gave me napkins and a wet paper towel. The manager was not. She was the one who made the sundaes and didn't give me any napkins. When I told her I wanted more hot fudge and napkins this time she gave me the nastiest look. She didn't seem to understand what I was saying though because I had to repeat myself another 2 times. She very rude and disrespectful. No customer service skills at all. Very disappointing coming from a manager.

I went through the drive thru for an ice cream sundae, as soon as I got to the drive thru there was a sign stating they had no ice cream or shakes. Disappointing. Instead I ordered the new chicken sandwich. I kinda expected it to look similar to Chick-fil-a’s. Another disappointment. The staff was super friendly and helped me make a better choice. That was much appreciated. I drive home open to my sandwich only to find out has nothing but the bun and the filet! ☹️ No pickles, no mayonnaise, no nothing. And it was a little cold to boot. I tried to call to let Ethan know but it went to a voicemail that I couldn’t recognize the name that the VM was identifying. Highly disappointing visit. Will be a very long time before I return.

Sent me forward. Waited 15 minutes with 4 other cars. That gave me my order last when I was the first and gave another car MY order grrr! Anyway I'll be back for more.

No matter what time of the day you go you never leave happy from this place .. food is always cold or old never fresh.. never fails always something wrong not mention always the 30 min wait and be lucky if your order is right ...
