Is there a time limit as to how long you can stay? I dont mind moving sites every 14 days as long as i can stay at least 6 months. Are there showers?&dump station or full hook-ups?

No time limit. Theres are two sets of showers, one brand new. There are full hook-ups.

There is definitely a time limit. I believe it is 90 days per year on base. That is between all the camp grounds on base.
