The previous answer was incorrect about the maximum stay .There are a number of full time residents, some whom have been there more than 10 years. Go see them and talk about your thoughts.
Depends on the size of the space and time of year. The current summer rates are 24' $1800 27' $1750 32'-35' $1850 40' pull through $1875 40' oceanfront $2350 45' pull through $2350 The maximum stay is of 30 days.
