The website says 30 day stay max, but other comments suggest longer term stays. Has the 30 day max stay expired or how does that work?

I have been many timrs over the years. It doesn't seem like the type of RV park that encourages seasonal camping or long term renters. But the current management is so accomodating. It is hands down my favorite place to be for beach time. Please contact them.

They used to allow long term stays until new owner purchased it. There are still a few trailers that have lived there for years. They can't make them leave, but once they do then they can't come back to live long term again. New owners are cleaning up the place and making it very nice. There is definitely a 30 day max stay. You will have to leave for two weeks then you can return for another 30 days. I've done it several times. Great place to stay!
