For the past few months every time I go to use my card in a fast food place like Jack In The Box it is denied. I know for sure there is money on my card when I try. It used to work. How do I go about fixing this problem?

You have to qualify for the hot meals program. Talk to your worker. to c if eligible.

You have to be signed up for snap benefits. Its meant for those who do not have a way to cook their meals. People who dont have kitchens. This is a way for them to have a hot meal. My card does not work anywhere but at the grocery store. It used to work at Denny's but not anymore. Dont know what happened there.

You most likely need to register as homeless to qualify for hot meals. If you have an address you dont qualify for hot meals. To my best knowledge. I ciuld be wrong but that's what i was told.

McDonald's only excepts the EBT card inside so if you are going through drive-thru that might be why also or they do not take EBT.
