Convenient location and workouts. However, diet guidance is outdated. The pricing of the challenge or membership it is not competitive, it was very expensive for no amenities. Also, there there is inconsistencies with pricing depending on who you talk to. I hope to make the owner aware of this, because this was a complete deal breaker for me.

The cist depends on your goal. You can pay for a challenge and if you are successful, you get all of your money back or you can purchase a membersip yearly or by month. I think the cost varies....I did a challenge and then purchased a year membership. It was the the best decision I've ever made! There are other options, but those aare what im familiar with. $497/90 day challenge.
