No, unfortunately, there probably is too much so on the trail.
I hiked the trail three days ago. The parking area at the trailhead is plowed, and the trail was packed down vwry nicely from all the foot traffic. Its a short but amazing winter hike! The falls are frozen.
Yes. May be icy on the trails.
The trail is not maintained during the winter months so it's snow/ice covered currently.
