What a French Dip! And the homemade Gorgonzola Dill salad dressing is something else! Thanks for the great service, Lauren! Sitting outside in the patio was the best.

Our family of 5 ( one being a newborn) went in for some dinner tonight. The place had many open tables and didn’t appear to be busy by any means., there was a gal in front when we walked in telling us to seat ourselves so we did. When we sat down we waited a good 15 mins for a server to come to our table. We ordered our drinks, then food and waited another 45 mins for literally kids mac n cheese, kids grilled cheese, a chicken wrap and a pasta dish. Again, it wasn’t necessarily busy. We never were given water after asking, nor condiments. We asked for a box with the check. When we received the bill I was a little ticked to see what should have been a $14 chicken wrap was charged for $19 and no box. ( I would have talked to the manager about the price for some explanation but it turns out our server was the manager and obviously didn’t have the time) We waited another 15 mins for the server to come back with the box and ended up just walking out leaving cash on the table. The server then saw us walking out and said don’t forget your box as she “reached” for said box while she was talking with someone at the bar area. I normally don’t leave reviews but I myself work in the customer service industry and have served also.

This place had the friendliest service in town of all my stops. I had a tasty as hell blue cheese burger, the patty was delicious, and the blue was bitter smooth rich as it should be! Couple of salads got ordered. Visual bliss and noted as terrific by my meal mates. Quaint classy modern bar area, it had fengshui. Train blew by at dinner exciting my kid. Left my stroller out front and no one stole it. I'd check out the covered patio in the summer over a draft and a juicy blue.

We waited two hours for our tiny appetizers one of which we requested pita chips and they came with those and tortilla chips, the latter of which being stale. She also spilled the chips onto the floor and table and laughed without offering to bring extra. Two meals came opposite as requested and all of the meals were barely warm. We were there for a grand total of three and a half hours because of all of the mistakes. They then tried to explain that the burgers were black and burned because the grill was dirty as if that makes it ok. I asked three times to have the drinks on a separate ticket and it was all added together. The "manager"Allison did not want to remove the burned meals and gave attitude regarding the wait time and everything else. Our server did not give her name, we did not get silverware until almost two hours in after requesting it several times. She forgot to bring my grandmother's new meal out after it needed to be remade and by then everyone else was practically done. Other patrons had to send their meals back as well while we were there, adding to the wait time. Overall it was overpriced, overcooked and just an over sauced mess with a cost near $200 after one meal was removed, which they gave us a hard time about doing. Do not waste your time or money in this dump. My last experience here on vacation three years ago was exactly the same. It would seem no change in chefs or ownership has aided in the improvement of this establishment.
