Beth is right. Walk-ins are attended to in about 15-20 minutes. If your case needs long & detailed work then they make an appointment for you for the same day or a future date. Parking is the major problem there!
Unless you have a time consuming concern and strapped for time... walk ins have a quick turnover, i never make an appointment..or wait to be seen Good luck I almost always find a parking spot on 5th across from the flower supplier
