You need to get registered. You should be able to register at the downtown clinic.

you can go to downtown clinic they are counsler there that can get you special needs there's a free shuttle to the hospital depends on your needs they have nursers case workers but if you need doctor or blood draws u go to hospital drop in its important that you go if you need good luck
