I was issued a voucher and reciept for my returned items. I have the receipt but i misplaced the voucher, can i use the receipt to purchase merchandise or get a new voucher?

There voucher (sure credit) is like cash. If someone else finds it, they can use it as well. So, you cannot be given a new voucher
